Since mountaineering requires permanent training, I constantly train my body for endurance. I run around 12km every day and go swimming three times a week. When I am at home in the Bavarian Alps, I spend a lot of time in the mountains and in winter I usually go ski touring. However, by now I know the Himalayas almost better than my local mountains.
