This is just a quick hello from base camp – or rather Gorak Shep, the last village before base camp from where we can send data via mobile 3G technology.
I had a good walk in and met a few people on the trail, which is always nice. I actually arrived at our camp on Tuesday and even though I walked in very quickly, I am feeling fine.
The Himalayan Experience camp is huge and it takes me five minutes to get from my tent to the dining tent, however, I guess it is because Russell has put me and some of the guides at the very edge of our camp ;-).
